We are planning for there to be a spiritual EXPLOSION@NEWSPRINGS in November.

We have Gypsy William Lee coming to preach and pray for the sick and those in need at New Springs, along with fellow evangelist Enzo Calamita.

William Lee - a self-confessed rough diamond - is the last person you’d expect to be in the ministry, but he is. He admits he had to overcome and conquer many barriers when he felt the call, least of all getting anyone to take him seriously from the start. How could someone that could hardly read or write, and was anything but eloquent, be a preacher? But today God uses him in remarkable and miraculous ways. He constantly sees outstanding examples of God’s healing power throughout his ministry. People have been healed of all kinds of sickness, illness and disease through attending his meetings and putting their trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. As for some of the healing stories and miracles that have happened throughout Gypsy William Lee’s ministry, you’d think you were reading the pages of the book of Acts in the New Testament. He says, ‘I don’t just believe in miracles, I expect them!’ He continues, ‘Trust me, I am no faith healer, or one of those wacky, hocus-pocus, spiritual healer types - I just pray and I expect God to heal in the name of Jesus, and very often He does.’

William Lee preaches a simple Gospel. There are no heirs, there are no graces. He tells it the way it is in his own inimitable, enthralling style of preaching which is seasoned by his sharp sense of humour. He preaches the pure, simple Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit, and ordinary as well as broken lives are transformed. Over the years he has developed a unique, uncompromising and powerful style. He is a man who simply hears from God and simply communicates what God says.

Enzo Calamita

Evangelist, Enzo Calamita, is one of the speakers at the special Explosion@newsprings four day mission in November (6 – 9). He will be working alongside fellow evangelist Gypsy William Lee. We asked Enzo what we can expect. ‘I believe lives will be transformed,’ he answered. ‘And certainly people will encounter God as He really is and they will fi nd a Christianity that is relevant, vibrant and meaningful – along with a faith that will impact us on a daily basis. I have no doubt there will be an authentic supernatural demonstration of God’s power and a real encounter with God through the supernatural. It is going to be great and I want to take this opportunity to invite everyone to come and see and experience the move of God for themselves. I look forward to meeting people from Charnwood – believe me I can’t wait to see what God will do.’
